At E3 this week, Square Enix will be shouting from the rafters about its big release this year of the sci-fi adventure, Deus Ex: Revolution.

In the game, you play Adam Jensen, a security specialist, handpicked to oversee the defense of one of America's most experimental biotechnology firms. But when a black ops team breaks in and kills the scientists you were hired to protect, everything you thought you knew about your job changes. At a time when scientific advancements are routinely turning athletes, soldiers and spies into super-enhanced beings, someone is working very hard to ensure mankind's evolution follows a particular path. You need to discover why - because the decisions you take and the choices you make will be the only things that can determine mankind's future.

In an attempt to appeal to a broader audience, the Deus Ex role-playing series takes a different route in this latest outing, implementing many features that you're likely to see in most traditional first person shooters. Initially, that decision wasn't too popular amongst its fan base, but this first gameplay trailer may relieve those worries.

The new trailer that Square Enix is showing to the crowds at E3 has been dubbed 'House Of Revenge.'
Deus Ex: Human Revolution is scheduled to launch on 26th August 2011 on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
