 Q) You're a busy jet-setting guy, what phone do you own and do you have one of your tracks as a ring tone?

"I have the Tiësto limited edition phone and I have Escape Me as my ringtone. When my phone rings it plays the little hook in the middle."

Q) You're known for collaborating with numerous amazing artists from all different musical genres.  How do you go about hand picking the artists you want to work with?

"I choose most of the artists I work with because I am a fan already! But what I like about working with SanDisk is that I get to work with new unknown artists who are very talented. There is a lot of hidden talent out there.

"Whilst working with San Disk I've collaborated with an artist named Kay to create a song called Work Hard Play Hard. She is a new artist from Toronto, and I think that she is going to be huge in the next two or three years- it was amazing to be a part of that. Also, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with Jónsi of Sigur Rós. I'm a huge fan of Sigur Ros and to collaborate on a track with him and use it as the opening track for the tour was a very special achievement for me."

Tiësto has a busy couple of months ahead as he wraps up his tour and promotes the new sounding album.  For anyone hoping to catch the DJ superstar, he is performing at: Stockholm's Annext on 17 September, London's Scala Club on 21 September, Paris' Queen Club on 23 September, Abu Dhabi's Yas Island on 1 October and finishing in Los Angles' at the LA Convention Center on 30 October.

Our thanks go to Tiësto for taking part in the Q&A and for giving us an insight into his action-packed life.
