So, it's targeted at businesses to reduce support costs and improve fault resolution times but the people with the most valuable data tend to be those using laptops for business. Since most laptops have VPN access to the core network of an organisation, how is Intel going to guarantee the laptop can't be wirelessly hacked at the chip level without the user knowing ?

It's a great idea, but to quote Chandler from Friends, “Can, open, worms, everywhere” :)

I'm sure the ‘tech support’ guys would have been quicker if they hadn't stopped to balance on hand rails etc. :)

And that woman was really rude on the phone!
