Sony was demonstrating playback of Blu-ray at the show connected up to some of its Home Cinema products such as the 46in KDL-46X2000-X display, which apart from using a Full-HD (1920x1080) panel also seems to be HDMI rev. 1.3 compliant.
Apart from the PS3 supporting HDMI 1.3, Sony also seems to be suggesting that it has HDMI 1.3-compliant Blu-ray players, Handycam camcorders, and Vaio laptops to connect to the 'Bravia X' LCD displays.
