Performance

In ABIT's own tests, they took the Fatal1ty X800 XL 512MB and pitted it against some of its X800 and X850 brethren in 3DMark 2003 and 2005 benchmarks.

It would seem (from ABIT's own testing, at least) that the overclocking features provided by this card can provide a significant performance boost. Perhaps enough for those few extra FPS to give a gamer an edge at a LAN party?

I think this is proof that we don't have to be bored by reference card designs any more. AIB partners such as ABIT can take a GPU and create their own unique product with an appeal to a particular market, in this case you hardcore gamer looking for some easy overclocking action. Look out for more on this card in the near future, but remember: you saw it here first!

For an overview of the features of this card, check out the product page on ABIT's website.
