London, 09 January 2012 - Hightech Information System (HIS) is proud to announce the launch of the HIS 7970 3GB graphics card. HIS's first card in the 7000 GPU series, the world's first 28nm GPU graphics card range, will push the boundaries of graphics experiences to the next level with increased speeds and a range of new features such as PCI-e 3.0 and DirectX® 11.1 support. The new cards boost immense clock rates of 925MHz and memory clocks of 5.5 Gbps, as well as a 384-bit memory interface.

The cards' new architecture offers gamers and enthusiasts improved processing power and better frame rates when playing the latest games at high resolutions. Combined with AMD's PowerPlayTM & AMD PowerTune technologies, which allow users to fine-tune the balance between performance and power consumption of their system by adjusting the engine clock, users will be able to make the most of their graphics card experience with this brand new card.
