It's been a while since we last asked this question, and we suspect many of you have changed handsets since then.

And why not? New models keep coming at a relentless pace, the notch is here to stay, aspect ratios are changing, and cameras keep on improving. There's also growing financial disparity between premium handsets and mid-range champions. Indeed, there has never been more choice.

The phone is so integral to our everyday lives that our buying decisions are a fascinating subject. So let's revisit the topic and ask: which mobile phone do you use? We'd be particularly interested in hearing why you chose that particular model, how you rate it, and whether or not you feel the need to upgrade anytime soon. Sound off in the comments facility below.

My current one works fine, new ones are too expensive and I don't need to upgrade.
Current One+3, I was very tempted by by the One+6 but resisted. I was a little less tempted by the One6T but I'm still resisting. At the end of the day my +3 is still doing a great job.
I am using a Huawei P20 Pro, obviously no plans to change this for the foreseeable, I have only had it a few months. The only reason I got it in the first place is because my (admittedly ageing) HTC one M9 took a plunge down some steps, glass screens don't like to impact with concrete very much it seems. However, I am enjoying the uplift in performance and the amazing camera it has (those night shots, wow!). Some intuitive features such as simply tapping the screen with your knuckle to take a screenshot are nice to haves too.
Nokia 8. It's a phone. Does what I need, gets regular security updates, but still waiting for Android 9. Other models now come first in the release pecking order…

Got half an eye on a OnePlus 6t, but haven't had this phone for long enough to justify getting a new one.
my Samsung e2120(?) the speakers broken on it, cost £10 in January 2011.
spent nearly £20 total in payg in last 8 years. got 60p left

thinking of getting a Nokia 105 as a replacement. currently £13.99 on amazon. so will be expensive an phone for me :p

might even splash out on the Nokia 1 smart phone, if its on a black Friday thingy for less than £40, currently £58. just so I can get the o2 priority free things. like those socks from last week
