CES 2008 Following the GDC announcement that the Xbox 360 role-playing game Fable 2 will be preceded by a standalone Xbox live arcade game and will feature co-operative play, Lionhead Studios has now released some gorgeous looking screenshots.

Set 500 years after the original, “Fable 2” will provide gamers with an epic story and innovative real-time gameplay, including a massive amount of freedom and choice to explore a vast collection of dungeons, catacombs and caves in the world of Albion.

I never played Fable. But this is looking really sweet. I've always been a Molyneux fan since the Powermonger and Populous days.
