Conclusion

The grandiose enclosure is big and bold, with lots of glass, lots of RGB lighting and enough space to comfortably house an ultra-high-end build.

It is always nice to see a chassis manufacturer try something a little different, and to Deepcool's credit, the Gamer Storm New Ark 90 has enough about it to stand out from traditional competitors.

The grandiose enclosure is big and bold, with lots of glass, lots of RGB lighting and enough space to comfortably house an ultra-high-end build. Going for an almost modded look, Deepcool's aesthetic is likely to resonate with those who want their PC to make a statement. Tempered glass panels, multi-zone illumination, and an external flow tube all add to the appeal, and New Ark 90 is almost guaranteed to turn heads.

Plenty to like, however the $300 price tag is a sizeable hurdle, and one that places further emphasis on the few niggling issues. There aren't many dust filters, it's a shame USB Type-C hasn't made the cut, the vertical expansion slots are awkwardly positioned, and though the RGB lighting is pretty, there's no option to synchronise with third-party components through software.

Bottom line: there's room for improvement but Deepcool ultimately succeeds in offering a one-stop solution for enthusiasts seeking an eye-catching rig that is liquid cooled from the get-go.

Some interesting features, there…
Still think my next build will be the Dark Base 700… be quiet!'s best case imo… They missed the mark with the Pro 900 not having a PSU basement =/
would be nice to see more cases with a Qi charger
I am really quite impressed by Deepcool's recent products.

What they're pushing is quite honourable - nice looking cases, with integrated cooling and a good modicum of vaue for money.

They are also, it has to be said, worth following in Instagram as they have a good photographer!
