Do you know Seb, Pheebes, Nicks, Ellie or Evie?

Gamerush.com is reporting that police in West Yorkshire are using the Mii characters from a stolen Wii console in an attempt to track down its owner.

The Wii, which was stolen over the Christmas period, carries the friend code, 7431 3732 8898, but police have also listed the names of a number of Mii characters currently enjoying themselves in the Mii parade. If you know Seb, Pheebes, Nicks, Ellie or Evie, the Kirkless CID Intelligence unit would like to hear from you…urgently apparently.

The culprit who stole the Wii has been caught, but Detective Con Neil Johnson issued the following plea: “It may have been a Christmas present. If anyone has devised these characters listed and the Wii has gone missing, then please contact us urgently.”

If they issued screenshots of the Mii in action, perhaps put them on Crimewatch, then maybe they’d get a bit closer to solving this heinous crime.
