Batman Arkham Asylum 2 confirmed

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has confirmed today that it will be the worldwide publisher of the sequel to Batman: Arkham Asylum, one of the year’s most highly reviewed and top-selling video games.

The sequel to Batman: Arkham Asylum is currently in development with Rocksteady Studios and once again will be based on DC Comics’ core Batman property.

“We are thrilled to build a global game franchise from Batman: Arkham Asylum, which is receiving an incredible response from gamers and fans of Batman around the world,” said Martin Tremblay, President, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.

“Rocksteady has taken Batman to a new level in the video game space and we are committed to delivering a sequel the fans will love.”

A sequel would be great but I'd rather it was out in Gotham, I dont see arkham being very interesting the second time.

Also use the bloody car!!!

The whole point in the trailer is to show that it is in Gotham and not the asylum this time, even says so at the end xD

Flying around in the Batplane would also be so cool. I'd love that.

But another sequel waiting to be had for me. Admittedly the first was a little button bashing, but it was fun and the story was very well done IMO. One needs games like that.
