Music to our ears: Virgin Media brings Vevo onto TiVo®

Virgin Media is bringing Vevo, the world’s leading all-premium music video and entertainment platform onto its TiVo service.  Its presence on the platform will give all TiVo customers access to an increased range of music videos, playlists and features. The new Vevo app will be available to all TiVo customers regardless of their package.  

Vevo is a world leading music video service featuring more than 20,000 artists with a catalogue of more than 250,000 videos.  The service also includes exclusive original programming, exclusive sessions and live music performances.

Vevo will allow TiVo customers, to log in and access their Vevo playlists through the TV service. If the customer updates their playlists across desktop or mobile it will automatically sync with the playlist stored on the Virgin Media TiVo service.

Vevo will be accessed through the Music On Demand folder, Apps and Games and the Search and Discover menu on TiVo.  It will also be available on channels 300 and 344.  

Following the successful launch Ash Vs Evil Dead, Virgin Media’s first exclusive on demand series in December, Virgin Media’s Bouchier added: “Today’s news is just one part of what we hope will be an exciting year for entertainment from Virgin Media.”
