Let's start with the non-movers. Intel, IBM, Google and AMD have hardly shifted. However, yesterday gave rise to rumours of an AMD/ATI merger. Yeah, right. Still, AMD's share price doesn't seem to have changed as a result.
After a fairly flat week for ATI, on Wednesday their shares opened 6.4% higher. The same day as the merger rumour. Maybe ATI's shareholders liked the rumour better than AMD's?
Microsoft's shares appeared to have sunk back down after the excitement over WinHEC. Apple hasn't had a great week share-wise, or in the courts. They lost their battle with those pesky bloggers.
This week Dell have ditched MSN search for Google and said they'll double manufacturing capacity in China. After a couple of shakey weeks, their shares are back on the up.
