Our pre-production Vertex 3 sample struggled to get going in PCMark's simulated real-world benchmarks, but the Corsair Force Series 3 shows the true power of the SF-2281 controller.

Corsair's 120GB drive takes its place as one of the fastest 2.5in SSDs in our line up, but it's a close fight between itself and Crucial's 128GB m4, and Crucial's SSD has the edge in five out of eight PCMark tests.
