Movie Maker 2.1, WAV, CINEBENCH



Microsoft's Movie Maker 2.1, thanks to being multi-threaded and therefore a friend of the HT-equipped P4s, runs nice and fast. Again, chipset differences are largely inconsequential.



As is time taken to encode a single 701MB WAV file into 128kb/s MP3. An Intel compiler that supports Hyper-Threading was used.
