Performance benchmarks I

The single-threaded test shows the 1075T's Turbo Core working rather nicely. Jumping up 500MHz and matching the frequency of the quad-core 970 BE, performance is about as good as you'll get from a desktop AMD CPU.

Throw some six-core love into the mix and Thuban runs clear of Deneb, to the tune of 30 per cent.

The encoding test is lightly threaded on the first pass and uses all the cores it can gain access to on the second. This is why the two new chips switch places.
