The 570 can house five externally-accessible 5.25in drives up front and carries two companion 3.5in bays as well.
The quality of the plastics used on the front doesn't seem to be of the sort of high quality that you'd expect at this price point - though it isn't poor, either. However, the buttons on the front are much easier to use than those found on most competitors.
We like the fact that reset button won't require you to hunt for a pen to use it, yet can't be easily confused with the power button, which is back-lit in a shade of light blue that ties in nicely with the rest of the colour scheme.
In contrast with some cases, the front socket panel isn't hidden when the door is closed. Craftily, Gigabyte has also included there an activity light for the hard disk. All the usual ports are present - including six-pin FireWire - but eSATA is not among there number. This section of the case is backlit - which we liked but others may not.
