Biostar has launched its TZ68K+ ATX mainboard, powered by Intel's Z68 Express chipset.

Following on from the company's previous effort - the TZ68A+ - the new model adds some oomph in the power delivery department, with the TZ68K+ delivering an 8-phase VRM. Biostar tells us that the TZ68K+ is aimed at both system integrators and high-performance desktop systems. Accordingly, the company touts the presence of an onboard LED display - providing critical POST code information and current CPU temperatures - as well as onboard power/reset switches.

There's also the usual complement of connectivity options, ranging from USB 3.0 to Gigabit LAN, and Biostar also makes a mention of its BIO-Remote2 technology, which supports remote management of PC multimedia capabilities, with Android and Apple devices. Wrapping-up, we're also told about the addition of Charger Booster technology, which apparently delivers accelerated charging of gadgets - via USB.
