Four cores operating at 4GHz. Yikes. The system wasn't stable enough to benchmark, which was a shame.

I wonder just how many people have £5,000 or so to drop on a gaming rig. Surely diminishing returns is massive factor when you can get quad core and high end SLI for a good bit under £2,000.
It is the same as the people who weren't going to buy Extreme Editions or 8800 Ultras… they do exist!
yup, tis true…think of the folks who are GIVEN or get for very cheap, dual 8800 ultras to bench who complain theyre cpu limited….. this should be there answer - 3dmark records will fall, but I wont be buying one :(
What a waste of money!
insanely expensive..may by next year prices might come down a bit.
