What is it about?
The story-driven adventure of Alan Wake takes place in Bright Falls, a small town tucked away in the Pacific Northwest that has more than a passing resemblance to the setting for the 1990's surreal drama Twin Peaks. Bright Falls is the main location for Remedy’s psychological action thriller and survival horror game which has been inspired by the likes of renowned thriller writer Stephen King.

Alan Wake follows the story of a thriller author currently suffering from writers block. But in the game Alan has to outrun police, find his book's missing pages, fight the darkness using the light, and ultimately try and find his missing wife.

With a torch and pistol in hand, Alan sets off on his nightmare adventure…
