January is notoriously a slow month in the videogames calender, but there were a few high quality games with Dead Space 2, LittleBigPlanet 2 and the debut of Mass Effect 2 on PS3. DC Universe isn't looking too bad either, but like any fledling MMO it's too early to judge how things will progress over the coming months.

In February, there is one much sought after sequel on its way in Test Drive Unlimted 2 and the highly anticipated third game in Guerilla Games' frenetic first person shooter series, Killzone 3, is due out near the end of the month.

Without further ado, here's our pick of the top games for February that we think are worth keeping an eye on.

I've pre-ordered TDU2 based solely on how much I enjoyed the first one. Really looking forward to it.
Same - looks better in every way to be honest.

Two worlds two also looks a LOT better than the first one, but not quite a pre-order for me.
You've left out what will no doubt be the biggest game this Feb. Angry Birds' Valentine's Edition.

BulletStorm looks very interesting also Two Worlds II but the others not really. KillZone 2 I found to be slightly boring tbh, maybe the newer version will be better.
It's going to be Angry Birds all the way for me this Feb…..
…..and besides i spent too much at the last steam sale to buy anything else.
