We're pleasantly surprised on the noise front, too. The Aurora R5 is by no means as whisper-quiet as a PC optimised for near-silent running, yet the internal fans aren't particularly boisterous, so while the system can be heard, it's never more than a gentle hum when idle and a slightly louder purr when gaming.
