From the front, the MESH is a fairly sober black slab, with a few waves to give it a bit of character. But there's no escaping the fact that this is not particularly unique-looking chassis. Still, the front 5.25in bays are covered by an aluminium door with magnetic latches and a nice, smooth action which feels high in quality.

Underneath the door can be found the two optical drives, the media reader, and the floppy drive, which you're only likely to use for RAID driver installation or printing out documents from your dad's old 386. In contrast to the solid door, however, the front bezel is plastic and a bit flimsy.

The MESH chassis has side venting and mounts for an additional fan. None is fitted as standard, but you're unlikely to need it unless you overclock and install a second graphics card.

The MESH is supplied with a Logitech wireless keyboard and optical mouse, which are comfortable enough to use.
