Whilst we appreciate ASUS' efforts to add at least a little touch-friendly interaction, we ultimately found Eee Home to be lacking in several areas. Many of the application shortcuts lead directly to programs that aren't designed for touch control.

Furthermore, simple functionality such as the ability to add additional shortcuts to Eee Home is nowhere to be found. Consequently, although Windows XP remains well hidden at boot, you'll inevitably be reaching for the start menu from time to time.
