The million-dollar question, well, £200 question is how has Mushkin been able to introduce its tightest timings yet. The answer is predictable, really.
Samsung K4H560838F-TCCD chips come back for a third showing. Think of another couple of companies that have super-low-latency memory out right now. Corsair XLPRO and OCZ PC3200 Rev. 2 use exactly the same chips for superlative default performance. It's no wonder that Mushkin was keen to adopt the same approach. We already know that they work well at DDR400 2-2-2-5 timings on both aforementioned modules. We also know that they're actually 4ns (DDR500) ICs by Samsung's reckoning. Premium RAM manufacturers have obviously seen the potential and harnessed them quickly.

Again, no problems whatsoever at ultra-low-latency settings. In fact, I was able to run these timings without error with just 2.6v. It shows just how good Samsung's ICs are.
Those numbers just look plain fast!. Let's see how they do against some stiff competition.
