Brightness and Contrast

DisplayHDR 400 certification isn't enough, in our estimation, to provide a high-quality HDR experience, yet those entry-level requirements do have the benefit of elevating SDR content. Brightness of over 400 nits, combined with deep blacks and above-average contrast ratio are all fine qualities on a gaming monitor that already boasts wide viewing angles, a matte finish that minimises reflections, and a swift 144Hz refresh rate.
