The bundle is the same as the P5K Deluxe WiFi Edition's, save for the differences pointed out in bold.
Specifically, the P5K3 loses out on a single right-angled SATA connector but adds an additional 3 basic SATA cables without right-angled connectors. Further, ASUS also includes a heatpipe fan that can be mounted should if you wish to indulge in some zero-airflow watercooling.
