Despite the 680i SPP having a new revision of NVIDIA's DDR2 memory controller and DASP prefetching technology, the eVGA doesn't post scores any better (or worse) in any of our benchmark tests when compared to 590 SLI Intel Edition, Intel P965 or Intel i975X. With Core 2 Duo it seems that real-world performance of Intel and NVIDIA's latest performance chipsets is roughly the same, give or take the usual margin of error.
