Out pseudo-DX6 test here, in OpenGL of course, a decent test of our hardware.



The extra memory bandwidth is almost certainly the culprit in the win, ATI's 300MHz memory (600MHz DDR) can't keep up.



As IQ is turned on, the ATI claws some performance back, making better use of GPU resources it seems, despite the bandwidth deficit.



The baby Radeon keeps things going as the pixel count goes up, despite the bandwidth deficit.



Both GPU's do well with the resources available to them, the 9600 Pro especially.
