3D Benchmarks Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X v1.2, internal benchmark: DX10/10.1 - very high quality
Far Cry 2 v1.03 - very high quality
Crysis v1.1.1.711 - train map - enthusiast quality
DiRT2 - London map - ultra-high-quality

Notes

Benchmarks were conducted at 1,680x1,050, 1,920x1,200, and 2,560x1,600 with the maximum in-game detail. Power-draw, temperatures, and overclocking are considered, too.

We're playing around with the choice of benchmarks and this is the first time that you will see Colin McRae: DiRT 2 in the suite for an AIB card. We've benchmarked the London map with the game's 'ultra' quality setting used.

The cards have been benchmarked with the latest publicly-available drivers (as at 16/02/10) and we've included a stock-clocked Radeon HD 5850 from HIS and, at roughly the same price as the Sapphire HD 5850 TOXIC, a pre-overclocked GeForce GTX 285 from BFG and NVIDIA. The GPU's default frequencies are listed in parenthesis.

If you would like to see a wider suite with a greater number of comparison cards, albeit on older drivers, please head on over to here
