Notes

A total of six cards based on four different SKUs. We benchmark them at 1,680x1,050, 1,920x1,200, and 2,560x1,600, along with decent image-quality settings. Sitting at just above £300, the Radeon HD 4870 X2 2GB has two competitors: the GeForce GTX 285, coming in at around £300 for a bone-stock model, and, of course, the GeForce GTX 295, costing north of £400.
