Inno3D bundle and warranty

Inno3D makes a habit of indicating that a full-game version of Warmonger is included in the box, which it is, but it's now a free download.

Far Cry 2 is now also bundled in with most, if not all, GeForce GTX 260s. Further, NVIDIA is sweetening the deal with a voucher for a copy of Mirror's Edge, presumably to showcase PhysX technology.

The box is the coolest of the trio, if you're into that sort of thing.

Warranty

The Inno3D GeForce GTX 260 Accelero iChiLL has a three-year warranty that's handled through the retailer - so make sure to pick a retailer that you trust will be around for the duration. The third year's cover is specific to the iChiLL line and the warranty is based on the card rather than the initial purchaser.

Inno3D states that retailers will replace any defective cards that are still under warranty directly from their own stock. However, as Inno3D has no centralised European hub, any stock shortages may necessitate shipping from Hong Kong, which can inevitably cause delays.
