The packaging is a touch above the rest, actually, as the slim-line offering stands out from the usual glut of oversized boxes.




Look inside and there's everything you need to get started, including an HDMI adapter and a twin-Molex-to-PCIe cable.

We like the quality of the quick-start guide; it's something you'd usually see from Sony or Apple.

All XFX cards are backed up by a two-year warranty that begins on the date of purchase and is transferable if the board is sold on. XFX urges its customers to register their products on its website for efficient validation of the warranty should things go awry. Each card is then provided a registration code that can be passed on to subsequent owners, keeping the warranty intact.
