Civilization VI: Gathering Storm

Some would call it the ultimate turn-based strategy game, and who are we to argue? Civilization VI is an excellent way to lose a few hours, and with more expansive empires than ever before, a capable PC is needed to experience the game at its very best.
Some games just don't scale well at lower resolutions, and no talk of TFLOPS, RT cores, Tensor cores, or bandwidth is going to change that. Those were our thoughts in the RTX 3080 review; they're manifestly applicable here.
The RTX 3090 loses all of 3fps from FHD to UHD. Power demonstrated in an indirect way.
