The latest instalment in the Gears of War series delivers heart-stopping action and the developers at The Coalition deserve genuine credit for proving that high-profile ports can be every bit as stunning as their console counterparts, if not more so.
Another case of where older GTX cards are more than up to the task at anything other than 4K.
The question you will be asking yourself by now is whether, in the UK at least, a £90 premium is worth the extra cooling and a touch extra speed for the XC Ultra Gaming.
