A visual look

Taking a look at the new CPUs:



You wouldn't know it's the new-fangled 939-pin model from just looking at the front, would you?



The 'missing' pin, when compared to a S940 FX processor, is on the bottom-left as we look at it.



And here's the Model 3800+. The rear of the processor is expectedly identical to the S939 FX-53's.



CPU-Z has a hard time differentiating between sockets and pins. Believe us, it's a S939 processor.



And an even harder time with the Model 3800+ CPU. It's also got 939 pins.
