Performance

Deepcool has the misfortune of the CL500 being tested on one of the hottest and most humid days of the year so far. Even so, our eight-core AMD Ryzen chip remained happy enough when strapped to the 240mm top-mounted liquid cooler.

The Radeon graphics card, however, didn't enjoy the hot conditions and the chassis having no front intakes certainly can't help.

The struggle to keep the graphics card cool is reflected in high noise output when gaming. Keeping noise contained is never going to be straightforward in a case designed for high airflow, but the low idle noise reading suggests that a balance can be found.
