Leg it from the cops!

The Police presence is back, so we have 3 Modes: Race, Pursuit (it’s da cops), and Exploration. Very importantly, with a single player option to practice in, you don’t need to jump in and be slower than Mrs Maud Pringlebottom of Lower Crinkletown, in her Austin Maxi. We didn’t bother with that concern, we just grabbed a mid spec US race car and handed the majority of the BMW M3’s large slices of their badly balanced butt’s on a silver platter.

It’s silky smooth, and allegedly the lowest required PC specs are around a P4 3gig, and a 7800 GTX, but as almost everyone reading this is going to have something there or higher, it’s of no real concern. What WAS of concern was lag, volume of car presence in one area and, well frankly… little kids ruining it for old men like me. Fear not: you can block them all out except your crew if you just wish to race together. Thank you guys. With each successful race completion, the prizes are upturned icon’s, and you grab one randomly, which could be cash, or a power up. How does “traffic magnet” take your fancy? Make the opposition’s car attract Mrs Pringlebottom and all of her knitting class buddies in their Micra’s, like wasps to a Victoria sponge.
