VoIP for the masses

Telford distributor Enta Technologies has a long heritage in providing telco products and services for small and medium sized businesses (SMBs), so it's not surprising to see it unveil a new internet telephony solution intended for resellers to offer their SMB customers.

Enta is dubbing this solution "VoIP for SMEs" (same as SMBs) and includes quadro IP PBXs and gateways from new partner Epygi Technologies, IP phones from snom and VoIP call services from Enta's own ISP arm - Entanet.

"I am particularly impressed that Epygi's Quadros provide all the benefits of VoIP combined with the normal features customers expect from traditional telephone systems," said Darren Perk, sales manager at Enta.

"In addition, by including back-up PSTN lines in their solution, they have even solved effectively customers' major VoIP fear; losing all external communication when the IP server goes down."

"Epygi recognises Enta Technologies as a distributor of the highest quality products, offering its customers the most technologically advanced VoIP solutions," said Epygi CEO, Mario Cuello.  "It has established a strong reputation as a distributor of quality networking and communications products.  I look forward to a long and profitable partnership."
