NexStep EMEA 2008 Highlights Broad Line of Nexsan Storage Products
Derby, United Kingdom - 4 November 2008 - Nexsan, a leading provider of energy-efficient, long-term storage systems, is hosting the company's annual NexStep EMEA VAR Conference in Paris from 5 - 7 November.
The company is convening its select community of value-added resellers (VARs) for a two-day series of educational sessions, meetings and workshops under the theme "Step Up to New Opportunities". Nexsan partners will learn more about the company's latest innovations and how to leverage its new full line of storage products.

This year Nexsan has introduced a variety of new products including, The DATABeast, a high-capacity, full service data storage system that addresses the growth of business-critical data at a price point targeted for companies of all sizes. Nexsan also introduced a green NAS system called the "The Edge"; SATABeast Xi, the first high-density storage solution for the Apple Xserve market; and SASBoy, the first green serial attached SCSI (SAS) storage solution.
The latest addition to Nexsan's family of enterprise-class products is Assureon 6.0, designed especially for the growing Storage-as-a-Service provider community as well as individual enterprises looking to deliver archiving for their own use at a highly affordable price.
This complete line of storage products incorporates Nexsan's AutoMAIDTM functionality which enables dramatic energy savings without compromising application performance. AutoMAID comes as a standard feature on all Nexsan products and at no extra charge.
