Just blogs and the K800i's future

It’s just a pile of blog…

Ok, so picture the scene = you’re sitting in a Press Centre and the guy sitting next to you is telling you he’s going to publish a blog with the photo he’s just taken on a K800i, but there is a twist, he doesn’t even have a blog account.

Google and Sony Ericsson have worked together to integrate the Blogger network to the K800i; using either 3G, GPRS or WAP, users can upload the entry to the Blogger system. Not only that, don’t have a blog? No problem! The first login to the system will automatically create one for you.

As if that wasn’t enough, the Blogger network will then send you an SMS with details of how you can view your newly-posted item.

What’s next?

Well we hope to have the K800i in for review shortly and we can tell you more, for the time being though, it looks like Sony Ericsson has designed the K800i to take up where the very capable K750i left off...

In the interim you can check out Sony's press release.
