Possibly the world's smallest card reader

I guess this was inevitable, but with the continued improvements in memory-card miniaturisation it’s surprising no one has thought of this sooner.

Sharkoon Flexi-Drive XC-TF

Although I don’t have a mobile-phone that uses this format, I’m sure those that do, will appreciate being able to copy files to/from the card at much faster speeds than the slow Bluetooth, IrDA or USB 1.1 connections that most of these devices are limited to.

The device should be available now from your nearest Sharkoon reseller.

it does, but it comes with a transflash->SD adapter (which I then have to plug into a SD reader… :D )

Still - worthy of gadgety kudos
could also double as a usb memory stick ;)
