Bloodline

In the leadup to Bloodline we've brought you lots of pre-event coverage. Last weekend saw Bloodline take place. I travelled down to London to be there for HEXUS, but didn't really know what to expect...

Beginning of the Day

It's early morning on Saturday 4th December and Team-HEXUS rolls up to Black Island Studios for Bloodline. The HEXUS stand needs finishing, and more importantly, games need installing on the HEXUS gaming machines! However, prior to setting up I had a quick look around.
HEXUS Banners
The HEXUS banners are out in force, the first part of our master plan to rule the gaming world. Looking around some more, I realise how awfully quiet it is.

Early
A few hardcore gamers have braved a pre-nine O'Clock gaming session, but the majority remain tucked up in sleeping bags through in another studio.

So, before the rest of the gamers get up the team set to work on finishing the HEXUS stand.

Setting up the stand
Keyboard packaging doesn't leave Ryszard overly impressed. This may be the day's first case of peripheral rage. Being the superb delegator that I am, I leave the rest of Team-HEXUS to set up the stand and go in search of those elusive gamers.

Yipes!
Eeek! I have stumbled upon the sleeping area, only to be met by a rather disgruntled and sleepy gamer. I hastily retreat, but I am pursued!

Awoken
I breathe a sigh of relief as the now awakened gamer makes his way towards his computer (rather than my neck,) ready for a day of hard gaming.

The rest of the gamers soon follow suit and the scene starts to liven up. The HEXUS stand is now completed and the professional gamers will soon start their fragging...
