Gamers Hotly Anticipate Best Performing Memory - Now Available Without Need For Overclocking

[21 May 2007] Kingston Technology, the world's leading independent memory manufacturer, today announced that it is first to market with its new ultra low-latency DDR2 800MHz 3-3-3 HyperX memory modules.  Available now - the new modules are the fastest performing memory available, providing speed and performance without the need for overclocking.

Marc Bernier, Research and Development Manager EMEA, Kingston Technology comments, "By achieving 3-3-3 timing with our new HyperX ultra low-latency 800MHz DDR2 modules, Kingston offer both gaming and technical enthusiasts the flexibility to drive performance and benchmarking scores to the limit."

Squeezing more performance out of the current DDR2 technology, Kingston Technology has developed the highest performance gaming memory, without overclocking memory bus frequencies. The ultra low-latency HyperX is shipping in 512MB and 1GB modules, as well as 1GB and 2GB memory kits.  Kingston Technology's memory comes with a lifetime warranty and 24/7 technical support.

Kingston Ultra Low Latency HyperX DDR2 800MHz DIMM Features:

• PC2-6400 800MHz settings

• CL 3-3-3-10 @ 2.3-2.35V

• 240-pin Unbuffered DDR Modules

• Voltage: 2.3-2.35V

2.30v MINIMUM? I hope they last more then a few weeks ;)

I just wonder how many boards won't be able to boot with them due to too low voltage and/or incorrectly reading/setting SPD values??

Otherwise, sounds promising for the uber-overclockers.
seems quite good value too.

the 3-4-4-8 stuff? I got some myself after my mate got some a week early that did WELL over ddr2- 1000 lol

mine does 3-3-3-8 up to nearly 1000mhz on just over stock volts……..
(4-4-4-12 is fine at stock volts and its only pc5300 stuff)
