Introduction

When we took our first look at AMD's new Quad FX platform, we promised that we would be following that article up with further detailed testing. Due to time constraints, we didn't have the appropriate tests ready by the launch deadline to present to the reading public. So we presented what we had managed to conclude as a taster, with more to come.
