MSI has lifted the covers off the newest addition to its G Series of laptops - the GE620.
With the manufacturer aligning its G Series with gamers and enthusiasts alike, we find the GE620 utilising an Intel HM65 platform and harnessing the power of a Core i7 CPU, married up with an NVIDIA GeForce GT540M graphics solution.
Weighing in at 2.4kg, the GE620 offers a 15.6in display with audio capabilities taken care of, by a THX TruStudio Pro certified system. Storage solutions begin from 320GB upwards and the system supports up to 8GB DDR3 RAM.
From a connectivity viewpoint, the GE620 features USB 3.0 support, includes a 7-in-1 card reader and adds a 2MP webcam to the mix. Aesthetically, it is billed as adopting a deep metal brown colour scheme, blending in with the use of IMR surface technology, to deliver a fine brushed aluminium finish.
