Logitech is aiming to pique the interest of sound aficionados, with the debut of its Surround Sound Speakers Z906.
Following on from the company's high-end Z-5000 range, the Z906's THX-Certified audio capabilities deliver 500 watts (RMS) worth of punch, and claim to deliver a theatre-quality sound experience.
Simultaneous connectivity support for up to six audio devices is also promised, meaning that an array of devices from the humble TV and DVD player, entertaining Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 gaming consoles, right through to the venerable PC can all join the party.
In the aesthetics department Logitech goes for a muted colour scheme, whilst usability is said to be enhanced with the inclusion of a wireless remote, easy-to-stack design, wall-mountable satellite speakers and an intuitive display.
With an RRP of £329, Logitech's Surround Sound Speakers Z906 should be available immediately.
