Having taken a look at the 128GB Corsair Nova Series offering last month, the company has sent word that it has expanded the family today, with the launch of 32GB and 256GB flavours.

Fuelled by the Indilinx Barefoot controller, the 32GB offering chips in with speeds of up to 195MB/s and 75MB/s in the read and write speed department, respectively. Pushing forward, the 256GB Nova Series SSD manages to squeeze out speeds up to 250MB/s and 195MB/s in the same domain.

TRIM support is included, to keep performance ticking over nicely and Corsair adds, that the drives will fulfil needs ranging from a simple boot drive scenario, through to high capacity multi-drive RAID configurations.

Whilst availability is expected to be imminent, pricing ranges haven't been suggested.
