The lovely-looking racer can use a DX11 path for (slightly) improved visuals. Still looks great via DX9, though.

Benchmarks

NVIDIA's finest pushes out some super-high frame-rates at the lower resolutions. It's oddly quick at the lower resolutions, but the results are consistent over five runs.

DX11

GeForce GTX 480 dukes it out with the twin-GPU Radeon HD 5970 for dominance. However, the game is still very smooth on a Radeon HD 5850 at 2,560x1,600.

The use of DX11 imposes a large performance toll on all cards, and GTX 480 is barely faster than HD 5870.

Percentage faster/slower Radeon HD 5870
1,680x1,050 51.2
1,920x1,200 45.4
2,560x1,600 26.6
2,560x1,600 DX11 6.2
