Janurary. 8, 2010, Taipei, Taiwan – ASRock Inc. the leading motherboard manufacturer, is proudly to release its latest motherboard solution based on the low-power Intel® Atom 330 Dual Core processor, leveraging the success of the awesome NVIDIA ION chipset and the DDR3 memory support. What’s new, ASRock A330ION is the world’s first package which contains NVIDIA ION chipset and DDR3 memory support. The mainboard carried with a host of state-of-the-art technologies including True Blu-ray solution in terms of Blu-ray video and audio, the ultimate Sound Blaster X-Fi MB Trial solution, yet for a multi-VGA Full HD1080p playback for multimedia platform.

A330ION is a standard Mini-ITX motherboard for Mini-ITX and Micro-ATX case. Supporting the Intel® Dual-Core AtomTM Processor 330, based on NVIDIA® MCP7A-ION chipset, featuring dual channel DDR3 1066 memory support, 1 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot and Gigabit Ethernet. What’s special, ASRock A330ION motherboard is the world’s first mainboard platform combined with DDR3 support and ION chipset package which is unmatched by other firm’s DDR2 ION solutions. Besides, the board is equipped with ASRock DuraCap featuring 100% Japan-made high-quality Conductive Polymer Capacitors which can last 2.5 times longer lifespan.

The ASRock A330ION features the Integrated NVIDIA® GeForce 9 series, DX10 VGA, Pixel Shader 4.0, and is equipped with novelty multi-VGA outputs: D-Sub, DVI-D and HDMI. Supporting Full HD 1080p Blu-ray / HD-DVD playback and True Blu-ray, the rear panel includes connectors for 7.1CH HD audio and 2 x powered eSATAII/USB connectors. For those who wanting to push their PC become a media centre set in the lounge, ASRock A330ION can provide you a “better than cinema” quality and the ultimate movie experience in the comfort of your own home!

As for software aspect, A330ION has bundled with all ASRock smart technologies such as OC DNA, OC Tuner, Intelligent Energy Saver, Instant Boot, Instant Flash and Good Night LED. Also, this board is same with other ASRock boards that has achieved European EuP standard as well. To let the users to enjoy a higher quality of audio experience, A330ION even provides a string of software bundled in ASRock Software Suite which ensures you will have the rich operating experience. Sound Blaster X-Fi technology breathes life into songs, makes your music and movies way better.
